The app won’t open or crashes
- Power cycle your device, then try again.
- Ensure you’re on the latest iOS version supported by the app (see App Store listing).
- Delete and reinstall WordMerge (your game has no cloud saves or accounts, so you won’t lose personal data).
- Still crashing? Email us with steps to reproduce, screenshots/video if possible, and crash time.
I found a bug—how do I report it?
- Describe exactly what you did and what happened instead.
- Include: device model (e.g., iPhone 14), iOS version, WordMerge app version (see App Store listing).
